Take booking requests online

Let clients request appointments from your booking page — they land in one inbox to approve.

A published booking page

When someone finds your booking page — through your link, a QR code, or a website embed — they don't book instantly. They send a request that lands in one inbox, so you stay in control: approve it into a booking, send a quote if you price per client, or decline. It's the perfect way to screen new clients before you give up a slot.

  1. 1

Open Booking requests in the sidebar. Every request shows the client, phone, service, and preferred time. The tabs — New / Contacted / Booked / Done / Dismissed — let you filter by where each one is in your pipeline.

  2. 2

Click a request to expand it and see their details and message. Then choose an action: Send quote (agree a price first), Create booking (turn it straight into an appointment), or More to contact or dismiss it. The client is notified automatically at each step.

Every online request is captured in one place, so nothing slips through — and approving one drops it straight onto your Schedule.
